TRAINING IN MULTIPLE TIERS OF SUPPORT
Skilled consultants from Safe & Civil Schools work with district and leadership teams to plan and implement
a continuum of behavioral supports. At the school and classroom level, data-based decision making and
evidence-based tools are used to make a positive difference in student behavior and achievement. At the
student level, consultants work with district and building specialists to develop supports for students with
highly challenging behaviors. The inverted triangle illustrates an approach that focuses on addressing the needs
of all students, reducing the number of students who require intervention, and providing high-intensity behavioral
intervention when needed.
Safe & Civil Schools training will help you provide every student with an education that unlocks future
opportunities. Help staff develop and maintain schoolwide clarity and consistency, well-managed
classrooms, and positive climates that enhance social-emotional growth.
